ManyMail is an email marketing tool that combines bulk sending with day-to-day client follow-up in a single chat-style workspace. Outreach teams no longer have to switch between a blaster and a separate mail client — the campaign and the conversation live in the same place.

Single-sender tools get rate limited the moment volume goes up. ManyMail combines mailbox pool, throttling, retry-on-another-sender and dedicated channels so traffic looks like a person writing from several normal mailboxes.
Contacts, mail and attachments are isolated per account. The Local edition goes further — everything lives on your own disk, readable offline, with no platform able to lock your list.

ManyMail is an email marketing platform by Zhejiang HIGHZO Technology, built for outreach and bulk sending. It presents email as a chat interface and adds hundred-thousand-scale contact management, multi-mailbox rotation and dedicated EDM channels. It runs as a Windows app, an Android app and a web app.
A single account can manage tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of recipient addresses. Import via Excel, CSV or TXT, then segment by tag, industry or source. Contacts are stored per-account, with deduplication, blacklist and unsubscribe handling.
Any standard SMTP/IMAP mailbox: Gmail, Outlook, QQ Mail, 163/126, Alibaba and Tencent enterprise mail, Zoho, Yandex and custom-domain mailboxes. Add an address plus its app password and you can send and receive immediately.
A campaign is split across all connected mailboxes and sent in rotation, with per-mailbox daily caps and send intervals. Instead of one mailbox blasting thousands of messages, the volume is spread out, which sharply reduces spam filtering and account suspension, and usually improves overall deliverability.
Dedicated EDM channels are professional sending services such as Alibaba Cloud DirectMail, Tencent Cloud SES and NetEase. ManyMail integrates with them directly: enable the service in your own cloud account, paste the access key, and sending is billed by the provider at list price. ManyMail adds no sending markup.
The web app runs in any browser with nothing to install. Windows Cloud sends from our servers so campaigns keep running after you shut down. Windows Local keeps both service and data on your own machine with no server dependency. All three share one account and the same data.
Not on Cloud or Web. Campaigns execute server-side, so you can close the browser or shut down and sending continues; you will see live progress next time you log in. Local depends on your machine: it pauses on shutdown and resumes from the breakpoint, never re-sending what already went out.
Mailbox credentials are stored encrypted and data is fully isolated between accounts. Email content is never used for analysis or model training. In the Local edition every mailbox, contact, message and attachment stays on your own disk and never passes through our servers.
